January 20, 2026 - Each year, MCOG seeks public input and citizen participation to identify unmet transit needs in our community. An unmet transit need is defined as a need to transport people that is not being satisfied through existing public or private resources.

January 27, 2026 - MCOG will hold a second public hearing seeking further input on the draft RHNA Methodology at its meeting of February 2, 2026.

September 17, 2025 - The following addresses written questions received by the due date of September 9.

On June 2, 2025, MCOG's Board of Directors adopted the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Planning Overall Work Program (OWP). The program comprises 16 work elements including transportation planning projects of two Cities, the County and MCOG, as well as a Project Reserve.

April 29, 2025 - The due date for proposal is extended to May 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The following addresses additional  written questions that were omitted from the first Addendum. 

February 7, 2025 - MCOG is updating the Mendocino County Regional Transportation Plan and Active Transportation Plan (RTP/ATP) and would like to hear from members of the community about transportation needs, deficiencies, and mobility barriers/challenges.

January 24, 2025 - The due date for this RFP has been extended to February 14, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.  The following addresses written questions received by the due date of January 17, 2025 and adds exhibits to the RFP.
