2026 Regional Housing Needs Plan

September 22, 2025 - As part of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment, MCOG will allocate the housing need among its member agencies—the Cities of Ukiah, Fort Bragg, Willits and Point Arena, and County of Mendocino. The draft methodology is outlined in the attached statement:

MCOG will hold a public hearing on the RHNA methodology at its meeting of Monday, October 6, 2025. The agenda will include adoption of a methodology by the Board of Directors. Notice and details TBA.
