August 20, 2018 - The final 2018 plan was adopted by MCOG. A comment letter was included with the submittal to Housing & Community Development as directed by the Counci, to reflect concerns of the jurisdictions affected.
July 16, 2018 - MCOG has revised the draft allocation of Housing Unit Needs for December 2018 through August 2027 based on a revision of the Regional Housing Determination received from the State Housing & Community Development department.
May 29, 2018, Ukiah, CA - The 2018 Mendocino County Regional Housing Needs Plan (RHNA) is in progress. As required by state law, the plan allocates the number of housing units required for Housing Elements in the local jurisdictions' plans. Following is the draft allocation for the 2018 RHNA, pending further notice.
