Public Survey for Countywide Fire & Emergency Plan

December 2, 2019 - The Mendocino Council of Governments has hired Category Five Professional Consultants, Inc. (CFPC) to perform a Fire Vulnerability Assessment & Emergency Evacuation Preparedness Plan for Mendocino County. To gain a clear understanding of residents’ concerns regarding fire threat and evacuation and to understand the diverse needs of local area residents, CFPC is asking the general public to take a minute to complete the attached survey.
Mendocino Council of Governments is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Mendocino Council of Governments
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
